峯崎拳一、立花浩美、朝岡しのぶは春風町に住む小学六年生。始業式の朝、登校途中の彼らの前に機械人歯車王とギーグが現れた。彼らは全宇宙の機械化を目論み、地球への侵略を開始しようとしていたのだ。太陽系の各惑星を機械化し、月の裏側に築いた前線基地、機械城から魔の手が伸びる！！　 　機械化獣が拳一達に襲い掛かったその時、空間を切り裂いて恐竜ロボットが出現、三人を6400万年前の世界へと連れ去った。そこで彼らは機械化獣と戦う光の戦士エルドランから三体の恐竜型ロボットを授かる。 　元の時代に帰ったとき、ロボットたちは拳一の学校の校舎と融合していた。今や異空間となった6年2組の教室。そこに乗り込んだ子供達と一緒に、恐竜ロボは緊急発進！　“ゴウザウラー”に熱血合体して機械化獣に向かって行く…！！　6年2組の冒険と戦いの日々が始まったのだ。
